Monica Seles (born December 2, 1973) is a Serbian [1] professional tennis player. Seles has won nine Grand Slam singles titles playing for Yugoslavia and the United States. She became the youngest-ever champion at the French Open in 1990. She was the top ranked player in the women's game during 1991 and 1992.
